What happens to a gazebo in wind and rain?
Rain: nothing, that's what it's for. Wind: our frames are rated to 30mph with sides on and weights down. If it's forecast above that, we'll talk to you, and if we call it off for safety, you don't pay.
Rain. The canopies are waterproof, the sides zip, and we fit guttering where two structures join so nothing drips on the table. A wet garden party in a dry gazebo is a good night; most of our summer bookings are made the day the forecast turns.
Wind. Every leg is weighted, we don't rely on pegs, and the frames are commercial grade. With sides on they're rated to 30mph. We check the forecast the day before and the morning of. If gusts are forecast above the limit we'll ring you and talk through moving the time, the day, or taking the sides off and running it open.
If we have to cancel. If we decide it's not safe to build, or we take it down early for safety, you don't pay. That's our call to make and our cost to carry. We'd rather lose a booking than have a gazebo in your neighbour's garden.
Overnight. If you've got it for more than a day, sides down and zipped, lights off at the plug, weights stay on. That's it.
During the party. Fire pits, BBQs and patio heaters stay three metres clear of the canopy. Don't hang anything heavy from the frame. If it gets gusty, drop the sides; don't try to take it down yourself. Message us, we answer.

We had a company let us down. We called Moments Covered and they came and saved the day. Even though it was the last part of their busy working day, it didn't matter, they rocked up at 9pm in the evening and rescued us.
From lights to flowers they made the marquee look amazing and nothing was too much trouble. From the first visit to help us plan, the set up and take down was first class. They took all the worry out of the day. If we could give them six stars we would.
The gazebos looked fantastic and were set up perfectly, with carpet and lighting. They don't stop at gazebos, they can also supply furniture, glassware and more. The gazebos are extremely robust and did not move in the wind and rain. They created a lovely warm and cosy atmosphere, and our guests were comfortable throughout the evening. And at a very reasonable price.
We used Henry for my husband's 40th garden birthday party and they were amazing. Very professional, great value for money, will definitely recommend and we will use them again soon.
