We had a company let us down. We called Moments Covered and they came and saved the day. Even though it was the last part of their busy working day, it didn't matter, they rocked up at 9pm in the evening and rescued us.
From lights to flowers they made the marquee look amazing and nothing was too much trouble. From the first visit to help us plan, the set up and take down was first class. They took all the worry out of the day. If we could give them six stars we would.
The gazebos looked fantastic and were set up perfectly, with carpet and lighting. They don't stop at gazebos, they can also supply furniture, glassware and more. The gazebos are extremely robust and did not move in the wind and rain. They created a lovely warm and cosy atmosphere, and our guests were comfortable throughout the evening. And at a very reasonable price.
We used Henry for my husband's 40th garden birthday party and they were amazing. Very professional, great value for money, will definitely recommend and we will use them again soon.

Do you deliver to Henley-on-Thames?
Yes. Henley-on-Thames is about 25 minutes from our base in Beaconsfield, and delivery, build and collection are all included for RG9. No mileage charge.
What size will fit my garden?
Riverside plots in Henley and Shiplake are long and flat, ideal for the 8×4m with the sides off. Up in Harpsden and Nettlebed the gardens climb; we'll need one level area the size of the gazebo.
What about access?
Waterside houses sometimes mean a longer carry from the road. Tell us the distance and we'll bring an extra pair of hands.
How much does it cost?
Gazebo-only hire starts at £300 for up to 25 guests. Every package includes festoon lighting and a heater. Party setups, which add carpet and tables and chairs for every guest, start at £450 and are £550 for 25 to 40 guests. Premium adds dressed tables, tableware, glassware, flowers and a next-morning clear-up, from £575. Pick your guest count in packages to see all three. Over 60 guests, or anything themed, is quoted individually.
Is delivery and setup really included?
Yes. Every hire includes delivery, professional build and collection within our free zone. We turn up, build it, weather-check it, and collect after your event.
What happens if it rains, or if we need to cancel?
The kit copes: frames are fully waterproof and wind-rated to 30mph, with sides, guttering and heating available. On the money side, deposits are refundable up to 14 days before your event, and we'll always work with you to postpone rather than cancel. In genuinely dangerous winds we'll call it early and reschedule. Safety first, and we'll never leave you out of pocket for weather we caused.
Are you insured for venues and commercial sites?
We carry £5m public liability insurance and provide risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) on request. Most venues and councils ask for these, and we have them ready.
How do deposits and payment work?
A 25% deposit secures your date. The balance is due 7 days before your event. We take bank transfer or card. For weddings and larger events we split payments into three: deposit, interim (60 days out) and final balance. Everything's confirmed in writing before you commit.
Can you do last minute?
Yes, and we're good at it. A lot of our jobs come in the same week, often because the forecast changed. Message us with the date and we'll tell you straight away whether we can make it. Same-week bookings carry a small rapid-response fee, confirmed in your quote before you commit.
