How far ahead should I book a gazebo?
Anywhere from the same day to years ahead. Most of our garden parties are booked the same week, often the day the forecast changes. If the date's free, we'll build it.
There's no minimum notice. We've built at 9pm the same evening when a customer's other supplier let them down, and we've got dates in the diary a year out for weddings.
Same week: very common. Message us the date and postcode and we'll tell you straight away if we can make it. Same-week jobs carry a small rapid-response fee, confirmed in your quote before you commit.
Summer Saturdays: these go first. If you've got a July or August weekend in mind, two weeks ahead is safe; a month is comfortable.
Christmas week and New Year's Eve: fill early. We're taking winter bookings now, with heaters and sides included.
Weddings and big events: the earlier the better, mostly so we can do a site visit and get the layout right. Six months is typical.
A 25% deposit holds the date. Refundable up to 14 days before; inside that we'll always try to move the booking rather than keep the money.

We had a company let us down. We called Moments Covered and they came and saved the day. Even though it was the last part of their busy working day, it didn't matter, they rocked up at 9pm in the evening and rescued us.
From lights to flowers they made the marquee look amazing and nothing was too much trouble. From the first visit to help us plan, the set up and take down was first class. They took all the worry out of the day. If we could give them six stars we would.
The gazebos looked fantastic and were set up perfectly, with carpet and lighting. They don't stop at gazebos, they can also supply furniture, glassware and more. The gazebos are extremely robust and did not move in the wind and rain. They created a lovely warm and cosy atmosphere, and our guests were comfortable throughout the evening. And at a very reasonable price.
We used Henry for my husband's 40th garden birthday party and they were amazing. Very professional, great value for money, will definitely recommend and we will use them again soon.
