A 25% deposit secures your event date. Bookings are confirmed by email once the deposit is received. The balance is due 7 days before your event. For weddings and events over £2,000, we split payments across three stages: deposit, interim (60 days out) and final balance.
Deposits are refundable in full up to 14 days before your event. Between 14 and 7 days, the deposit is retained but can be applied to a rescheduled date within 12 months. Within 7 days of your event, the full balance is due — but if you need to postpone due to genuine circumstances, we'll always try to move your booking rather than keep the money.
Our structures are fully waterproof and wind-rated to 30mph. If wind forecasts exceed safe operating limits, we may need to postpone or cancel for safety reasons — this decision is ours to make and made as early as possible. In that case your full payment is refunded or transferred to a new date.
Reasonable wear is expected. The hirer is responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or third parties during the hire period. We carry £5m public liability insurance covering our own installation and equipment; hirers may wish to arrange their own event insurance.
The hirer is responsible for confirming site access, adequate space for the structure with 1m clearance on all sides, and ground suitability (grass, hardstanding or paving are all fine). Wasted trips due to inaccessible sites are chargeable at our standard call-out rate.
We carry £5m public liability insurance. Risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are available on request for venue and council bookings.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
