Good to know
Yes — every hire includes delivery, professional build and collection within our free zone (around 60 minutes of London). Beyond that we charge a small mileage fee, confirmed in your quote.
You're covered — literally. Our frames are fully waterproof and wind-rated. For extra peace of mind we can add sides, guttering and heating.
Because no two events need the same setup — size, sides, lighting, flooring and distance all change the price. Message us your date, location and headcount and you'll have a clear, itemised quote within 24 hours. No obligation, no haggling needed.
We carry £5m public liability insurance and provide risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) on request — most venues and councils ask for these, and we have them ready.
Summer weekends go first — for June to September, 4–8 weeks ahead is safe for gazebos, and 6+ months for wedding marquees. Short notice? Message us anyway; we can often help.
