When you use our quote form or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, event date, event type, guest count and event location or postcode. We collect this so we can respond with a quote and, if you book, deliver the service you've asked for.
Quote enquiries are handled through WhatsApp Business and email. We do not sell or share your personal data. We retain enquiries for 12 months from your last contact, then delete them. Booking records are kept for 6 years for accounting purposes as required by HMRC.
This site is hosted by Google Firebase. Enquiries submitted through the quote form open WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta — see WhatsApp's own privacy policy for how they handle your message.
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email momentscovered@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics at present. If that changes we'll update this notice and add a cookie banner.
